is requesting final plat approval through its agent, Knight, McGui <br />submitted the following: re &Associates, Inc., and has <br />A final plat in conformance with the approved preliminary PD plar/plat. <br />2. A certified engineer's cost estimate for construction of the remaining required <br />improvements. <br />3. A contract for construction for the remaining required improvements. <br />4. A Letter of Credit to guarantee the contract for construction. <br />The applicant has not constructed any of the required improvements, and will need to bond -out for <br />all of the required improvements. The certified cost estimate for these remaining improvements has <br />been approved by the Public Works Department and the County Department of Utility Services. The <br />contract for construction has been reviewed and approved by the County Attorney s Office. All <br />requirements of final plat approval have been met. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Based on the analysis, staff recommends that the Board of County Commissioners: <br />1. Grant final plat approval for Windsor Plat 22, and <br />2. Authorize the Chairman to sign the contract for construction and accept the posted <br />security. <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br />1.
