Mr. Heady claimed he never accused Chairman Ginn or any Commissioner of accepting a <br />bribe from the company chosen. He commented that Commissioner Macht stated he never listens <br />to Mr. Heady. <br />Chairman Ginn stated that she would not allow personal attacks. <br />Mr. Heady stated that Commissioner Macht apparently felt that he was ordained with special <br />understanding, whereupon Chairman Ginn ruled Mr. Heady out -of -order and requested he leave the <br />podium. <br />Mr. Heady refused to leave saying he was not finished, whereupon Chairman Ginn asked that <br />he be escorted out. <br />Commissioner Adams interjected that Mr. Heady's remarks were based on a personal matter <br />and not an issue of public importance. She respectfully requested that Mr. Heady and Chairman <br />Ginn get together with Administrator Chandler to discuss the problem and bringback <br />recommendation to the Commission. aca <br />Chairman Ginn indicated her willingness for such a meeting. <br />Mr. Heady continued saying the statements to which he referred were not private <br />conversations, but public conversations and he was entitled to an opportunity to speak to them <br />Publicly. He asked for permission to continue, but Chairman Ginn refused. <br />Mr. Heady asked by what authority she was denying him the right to address the <br />Commission, and Chairman Ginn responded that he was not bringing an issue to the podium.
