Platt Jr.'s Request for Special Exception Use Approval for an Outdoor <br />Gun Range on a 25 Acre Parcel <br />It is requested that the data herein presented be given formal consideration by the Board of County <br />Commissioners at its regular meeting of November 14. 2000. <br />BACKGROUND: <br />Mosby and Associates, Inc. has submitted an application for minor site plan and special exception <br />use approval for a membership outdoor gun range. <br />The subject site is located just south of the Brevard county line. approximately 2.040' east of CR 507 <br />(Babcock), and zoned A-2 (Agriculture) This application is the result of a code enforcement <br />complaint which arose from activity which has been occurring on the site.
