Inc. has submitted an application for conceptual PD plan special exception use <br />approval on behalf of Lake Grace LLC to construct a single phase, 64 lot single-family PD to be <br />known as Lake Grace. <br />Located at the southwest corner of 8th Street and 58th Avenue, the subject property has 1.267 of <br />frontage on 58th Avenue, 750' of frontage on 8th Street. and 931' of frontage on 60'' Avenue.
