REQUESTED ACTION: <br />Authorize the County Attorney's Office to advertise for a public heanng on <br />December 10, 2002 to amend the boundary of Laurelwood Street Lighting District <br />to less out the property platted as Laurel Pointe Subdivision. <br />nhm <br />attachments: Exhibits A, B and C <br />ON MOTION by Acting Vice Chairman Ginn, SECONDED <br />BY Commissioner Neuberger, the Board unanimously <br />authorized the County Attorney's office to advertise for a public <br />hearing on December 10, 2002, to amend the boundary of <br />Laurelwood Street Lighting District to less out the property <br />platted as Laurel Pointe Subdivision, as recommended in the <br />memorandum. <br />7.J.
