Keating , AICP <br /> Community Development Director <br /> 4 . r) <br /> THROUGH : Stan Boling, AICP <br /> Planning Director <br /> FROM : Mark Zans AM <br /> Staff Planner, Current Development <br /> DATE: November 15 , 2000 <br /> SUBJECT: HSG Properties Inc 's (Tom Schlitt) Request for Final Plat Approval for <br /> Annabelle 's Way Subdivision. <br /> It is requested that the data herein presented be given formal consideration by the Board of County <br /> Commissioners at its regular meeting of November 21 , 2000, <br /> DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS : <br /> Annabelle' s Way is a 14 lot single-family subdivision of a 6. 183 acre parcel of land located on the <br /> north side of 8" Street and east of 43nd Avenue. The subject property is zoned RS-6. Residential <br /> Single- Family ( up to 6 units per acre) . The density of the subdivision is 2 .26 units per acre . <br /> On June 10. 1999, the Planning and Zoning Commission granted preliminary plat approval for <br /> AnnaBelle ' s Way Subdivision . The developer, Tom Schlitt, subsequently obtained a land <br /> development permit and has completed most of the construction of the required subdivision <br /> improvements . The developer is now requesting final plat approval, and has submitted the <br /> following: <br /> 1 . A final plat in substantial conformance with the approved preliminary plat, and <br /> 2 . A cost estimate for the remaining required improvements, and <br /> 3 . A contract for construction of remaining required improvements , and <br /> 4.
