Build a bridge over the lateral canal for the project ' s 43rd Avenue entrance and at 17' Street SW , and c . Build southbound left-tum lanes at the project ' s 43'd Avenue entrance and at 17th Street SW , and d. Pave 17' Street SW from 43'd Avenue to the project ' s 17' Street SW entrance (±3 .200 feet) . Commissioner Macht asked if Public Works had signed off giving their approval . Director Boling responded in the affirmative to both Commissioners . The Chairman opened the public hearing and asked if anyone wished to be heard in this matter . Bruce Barkett, attorney for the applicant, advised that the applicant has received the approval from the Indian River Farms Water Control District for the bridge and was willing to submit it for the record if it was still an issue .
