ALTERNATIVES AND ANALYSIS <br />The waiver request has been reviewed by staff and appears to meet the criteria of Section <br />930.07(2)(d)4. of the Stormwater Management and Flood Protection Ordinance for lots located in the <br />Vero Lake Estates Municipal Services Taxing Unit <br />Alternative No. 1 <br />Grant the cut and fill balance waiver based on the criteria of Section 930.07(2)(d)4. <br />Alternative No. 2 <br />Deny the cut and fill waiver. Require an on site retention area be provided to compensate for the <br />proposed floodplain displacement. <br />RECOMMENDATIONS <br />Staff recommends approval of Alternative No. 1. <br />ATTACHMENTS <br />1. Letter from Ronald G. Keller, P.E., dated October 17, 2002. <br />2.
