ON MOTION by Commissioner Macht, SECONDED BY <br />Commissioner Adams, the Board unanimously granted PD <br />special exception use approval for "Abington Woods", with the <br />following conditions: 1) that Caribbean fruit fly host plants are <br />prohibited within the project area; 2) that prior to the issuance <br />of a land development permit, the developer shall: a.) Obtain <br />release of a portion of the Murphy Act Easement as described <br />in the staff report, and b.) Obtain planning staff approval of <br />detailed, final landscape plans for the proposed buffers, <br />common areas, and recreation/park tracts, and 3) that prior to or <br />via the final plat, the developer shall: a.) Dedicate the depicted <br />upland and wetland conservation easements, and b.) Install the <br />depicted and approved perimeter buffer(s), and c.) Place a <br />restriction on the property that prohibits the planting of <br />Caribbean fruit fly host plants; 4) the applicant will depict the <br />non -released Murphy Act Easement area as right-of-way on the <br />final plat; and 5) prior to issuance of a certificate of completion, <br />all nuisance exotic vegetation be removed. This motion also <br />includes the fence as discussed above. <br />9.A.3.
