The subject site is located at the southwest corner of the 28th <br />Court/47`h Street intersection. As part of the rezoning request, conceptual and preliminary PD plans <br />have been submitted for approval. The purpose of this request is to secure a zoning district that <br />allows for certain non-residential uses that will include an office and a medical services clinic. The <br />proposed health clinic is not allowed under the site's current RM -10 zoning, but is allowable under <br />November 5, 2002 <br />60 <br />3; <br />
