Collins II — Deputy County Attorney <br />� <br />DATE: November 29, 2001 <br />SUBJECT: Windsor Plat 22 P.D. — Substitution of Security <br />On November 13, 2001 the Board of County Commissioners approved Windsor <br />Plat 22 P.D. and accompanying Contract for Construction of Required <br />Improvements. Those improvements to be constructed were to be secured by a <br />letter of credit, however the letter of credit was not acceptable because it could <br />not be called in Florida. In the interest of time, the developer, Windsor <br />Properties, has substituted cash for its letter of credit. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Authorize the Chairman to execute the attached Contract for Construction of <br />Required Improvements No. PD -00 -12 -25 -CFC -SS (2000090160-27991) and <br />accompanying Cash Deposit and Escrow Agreement. <br />December 11, 2001 <br />18 <br />} r) <br />
