ALTERNATIVES AND ANALYSIS <br />The estimated cost of the paving and drainage improvements is <br />$820,000, excluding estimated right of way acou_sition of <br />$13,000/acre. The estimated cost to the developer is $ 270,000 and <br />County cost is $550,000. Right of Way acquisition costs by the <br />County are $691810. The Alternatives presented are: <br />Alternative <br />No. <br />1 <br />Approve <br />the <br />Developer's <br />Alternative <br />No. <br />2 <br />Deny Approval <br />Agreement. <br />RECOMMENDATIONS AND FUNDING <br />Staff recommends Alternative No. 1 whereby the Developer's <br />Agreement is approved. Funding to be from District 3 Traffic <br />Impact Fees. Most of the costs will be during Phase 3 of the <br />project, which is estimated to be 2-5 years in the future. <br />ATTACHMENT <br />1.
