Davis, P.E.9� <br />Public Works Director/ <br />C FOR RIGHT - <br />TTS FOR 27TH <br />AVENI IF. ,qW - <br />SUBJECT: Developer's Agreement for Right -of -Way, Roadway and <br />Drainage Improvements for 27th Avenue, 21St Street SW, 17th <br />Lane SW and 20th Avenue SW - Falcon Trace Planned <br />Development <br />DATE: November 27, 2001 <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />A developer Indeco, Inc., is planning a large development named <br />Falcon Trace Planned Development, located east of 27th Avenue, south <br />of 17th Lane SW and west of 20th Avenue SW. Certain offsite county <br />roadways need construction, including 215t Street SW as a two-lane <br />road between 20th Avenue and 27th Avenue and the expansion of 20th <br />Avenue SW including turn lanes, from 17th Lane SW to 25th Street SW. <br />Indeco, Inc. will dedicate some right-of-way (without compensation) <br />along 27th Avenue SW and 20th Avenue SW and dedicate right-of-way <br />with compensation along 20th Avenue SW and 213t Street SW. The <br />attached developer's agreement has been prepared to identify <br />Developer and County funding responsibilities.
