All required improvements have been <br /> constructed and approved by the county Public Works Department and a certificate of completion <br /> has been issued for the subdivision. In addition, a warranty and maintenance agreement with a letter <br /> of credit have been submitted to warranty the publicly dedicated 26" Avenue roadway improvements <br /> that have been constructed. The County Attorney' s Office has approved the warranty an <br /> maintenance agreement for legal form and sufficiency and has approved the posting of the require <br /> security. No other warranties or securities are required for the final plat approval.
