there are reports that the berm is not east of the 30 -foot setback, he assured the Board that <br />staff would take a look at it, but they will not ultimately be having a berm within the 30 feet. <br />Mr Michael advised that where they bermed (right at the edge of Jungle Trail), <br />everything was completely gone and there must be 500-600 feet of straight road just north <br />of Sea Oaks where they had a construction road as of this morning. Since he had been at the <br />meeting, he did not know what had been done, but the dirt and muck were being pushed right <br />toward the mangroves and the water was breaking right over the barrier cloth. He also <br />described the replanting at Sea Oaks as about knee high landscaping. <br />Mr. DeBlois advised that Sea Oaks had not finished their planting.
