Johns Island Water Management <br />Attn: James Moller <br />1 Turtle Beach Rd <br />Vero Beach FL 32963 <br />Re: Winter Beach Well Authorization CUP# 2361 <br />Dear Mr. Moller: <br />Indian River County Commissioner, Ruth Stanbridge has indicated <br />to the District that a recent survey of the Old Winter Beach Road <br />showed a twelve -inch well located in the County Right -of -Way. A <br />search of District files indicates this well is the Winter Beach <br />Well listed as a ground water source in your permit #2361. Please <br />be aware that prior to using water from a well on property that <br />you do not own, lease or control requires written authorization <br />from the entity in control of the property on which the well is <br />located. I have been unable to locate in our files written <br />documentation authorizing your water use from this well from <br />Indian River County. To continue to use water from this source <br />you will need to provide the required written documentation <br />giving authorization for its use from Indian River County or <br />provide documentation indicating the well is located on property <br />that you own, lease or control.
