SINGLE-FAMILY (UP TO 1 UNITIACRE), TO PD <br />(PLANNED DEVELOPMENT) AND TO RECEIVE PD CONCEPTUAL <br />PLAN APPROVAL FOR AN EXPANSION OF THE KASHI CHURCH., <br />CONSTRUCTION OF RELATED FACILITIES AND DEVELOPMENT <br />OF RESIDENTIAL USES (Legislative) <br />PROOF OF <br />PUBLICATION <br />IS ON <br />FILE <br />IN THE OFFICE <br />OF THE CLERK <br />TO TI <br />IE BOARD <br />Planning Division Director Stan Boling gave a comprehensive review of the <br />memorandum using color maps and other visuals to enhance his presentation. He reviewed <br />the charts on page 85 of the backup; pointed out there was a replacement for page 21 of the <br />memorandum (Page 101 of the backup); and explained the changes to conditions #9 and <br />#10. He advised that staff has recommended approval of this item with 18 conditions. The <br />Planning and Zoning Commission had voted unanimously (6-0) to recommend approval. <br />(Clerk's Note: A copy of enlarged site plan and other data was submitted to the Clerk's <br />Office and has been placed in the backup for the meeting.) <br />Director Boling responded to questions of Chairman Macht, Commissioners Lowther <br />and Neuberger concerning the loop road being paved for use of the County's emergency <br />service standards and the drainage system to control runoff to the river. <br />The Chairman opened the public hearing and asked if anyone wished to be heard in <br />this matter. <br />Bruce Barkett, attorney representing the applicant, had with him Project Engineer <br />Scott McGuire, Durgadas Hutner; the Chief Financial Officer for Kashi; and Kimtilal <br />February 18, 2003 <br />
