Sharma, the architect and planning consultant for the project. He expressed appreciation to <br />Planning staff for their guidance in this whole process. He recounted the history of this <br />application through staff, three Planning and Zoning Commission meetings, and then the <br />P&Z's unanimous approval with certain conditions. He highlighted aspects of the plan, <br />enhancements of some of the requirements including density, height, recreation, perimeter <br />buffers provided, preservation of wetlands, types of landscaping, tree removal, and <br />architectural compliance with the Wabasso Plan. He commented on the conservation easement which will be created. They are <br />preserving 86% of the native habitat on site.
