RECOMMENDATION <br />Based on the analysis, staff recommends that the Board of County Commissioners grant approval <br />to modify the front yard setback for the lots along the east perimeter, as requested. <br />ATTACHMENTS <br />1. Approved P&ZC Minutes <br />Planning Director Stan Boling reviewed the memorandum and noted that no external <br />setbacks or buffers will be changed, only the internal setbacks. <br />The Chairman opened the public hearing and asked if anyone wished to be heard in <br />this matter. There being none, the Chairman closed the public hearing. <br />Commissioner Ginn expressed her dislike of what is happening in the County with <br />PDs and stated she could not support this action. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Tippin, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Adams, the Board, <br />by a 4-1 vote (Commissioner Ginn opposed) <br />approved the modification of the front yard setback <br />from 20' to 10' for the lots along the east perimeter, <br />as requested, as recommended by staff. <br />FEBRUARY 19, 2002 <br />
