Such <br /> a rehearing was conducted in November 2000 for a PD plan condition attached to The Colony PD <br /> Project. As was the case with The Colony rehearing, the applicant will bear the cost of advertising <br /> and noticing the rehearing , which will be a public hearing. <br /> As was the case with the January 9}h PD plan , the revised proposal presented by the applicant s <br /> (see <br /> attachment #4) exceeds the PD ordinance minimum standards and may be approved by the Board. <br /> The change in circumstances from the January 9th meeting is that the applicant is proposing <br /> approximately 12 ,000 sq . ft. more recreation tract area and specific recreational facilities on that tract <br /> ( tennis courts , small parking area, playground and play field area ) . <br /> RECOMMENDATION : <br /> Staff recommends that the Board of County Commissioners grant the applicant ' s request for are - <br /> hearing <br /> ro <br /> hearing to reconsider the recreation tract areas condition attached to the Legend Lakes PD ect . <br /> P J ` <br /> ATTACHMENTS : <br /> 1 • Letter of Request <br /> 2 • Location Map <br /> 3 • January 9th Plan (old plan ) <br /> 4 .
