<br /> The Contract Price is $ 10 , 765 . 00 for the 109764 . 5 square foot parcel . One additional
<br /> condition of the contract states that the County agrees to remove the building from the
<br /> Parent Tract ( part of which lies within the proposed right-of-way) or to reimburse Seller for
<br /> same at a price not to exceed $ 7 , 000 . 00 . This would set the upper limit for the total
<br /> expenditure at $ 17 , 765 . 00 . There are no appraisal or attorney fees .
