<br /> DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS
<br /> Indian River County entered into a Professional Services Agreement with Brad Smith Associates,
<br /> Inc . on May 23 , 2000 .
<br /> Not included in the original scope were services necessary to develop an appropriate mitigation plan
<br /> for wetland impacts to the Cairns Site, General Environmental Resource Permit Application,
<br /> revisions to the plans to include the recently relocated Cottage to the Cairns Site, and revise the
<br /> gravity sewer system to a private pump station and force main for the Surman/Kennedy Site .
<br /> These additional services are being presented as Amendment No . 1 to the agreement . The fees for
<br /> the above work are as follows :
