It is empowered under the provisions of Chapter 971 to review the special exception applied for; <br />2. The granting of the special exception will not adversely affect the public interest; <br />3. The application satisfies the general and specific criteria required for special exception approval; <br />and <br />4. The condition stated below is adequate to ensure compatibility between the special exception use <br />and surrounding land uses. <br />Staff further recommends that the Board of County Commissioners grant special exception use <br />approval for the self-service storage facility with the following condition: <br />1.
