u <br />ed known as State Road S -505-A, Section 8855-151, has been designated, used, established and <br />maintained by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County as a public road for a <br />width of 25 feet on either side of the center line of said road for a period of more than 25 <br />years immediately prior to the date of the adopting of this Resolution; Now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida, that this Board does herewith certify to the State Road.Department of the State of <br />Florida that said road above designated, together with the extension therof hereinbefore set <br />forth, has been designated, established, used and maintained by the Board of County Commission- <br />ers of Indian River County as a public road and that there are no public utilities on said <br />right of way and that the right of way for said public road lies in and over the following <br />described lands, situated in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: <br />All those lands lying within 25 feet of the following line, to -wit: <br />From the point of beginning at a point 60 feet West of the Southeast <br />corner of Section 20, Township 33 South, Range 39 East, thence <br />Northerly across State Road 60 to the Northeast corner of Section/7, <br />Township 32 South, Range 39 East, according to the last general plat <br />of lands of the Indian River Farms Company. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, does herewith agree to indemnify and save harmless the State Road Department <br />of Florida from any claim or demand with respect to the designation, establishment, use and <br />maintenance of said road as a public road as certified herein. <br />adopted. <br />Upon being duly seconded by Commissioner Hamilton, the same was unanimously <br />R E S 0 L U T T 0 N <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, did <br />make and complete the estimate of the necessary and ordinary expenses and all extraordinary <br />0 <br />1 <br />1 <br />0 <br />expenses contemplated as required by law and did make an estimate of the receipts contem- <br />plated, all of which was adopted as the budget for said County for the fiscal year 1951 - 1952; <br />and, <br />WHEREAS, said County has received income in excess <br />of that anticipated in said <br />budget; Now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners <br />of Indian <br />River County, <br />Florida, that the budget of said County for the fiscal year ending <br />September <br />30, 1952, is <br />herewith amended by appropriating and adding to the estimated revenues in the <br />various funds <br />the following sums in each fund, as follows, to -wit: <br />General Revenue Fund . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . <br />$129$00.53 <br />Fine and Forfeiture Fund . . . . . . . . . . . . . <br />23,775.22 <br />Road and Bridge Fund <br />44,737.18 <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said budget as herewith <br />amended is <br />herewith rati- <br />fied and confirmed. <br />R E S O L U T I O N • <br />Commissioner J.
