RESOLUTION NO. 2001- 025 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE MAKEUP OF THE <br />PROFESSIONAL SERVICES ADVISORY <br />COMMITTEE TO ALLOW FOR THE APPOINTMENT <br />OF ALTERNATE MEMBERS. <br />WHEREAS, Resolution No. 90-156 created a Professional Advisory <br />Committee to review the land development regulations and the comprehensive <br />plan ; and <br />WHEREAS, Resolution No. 91-19 amended Resolution No. 90-156 to <br />change the name to the Professional Services Advisory Committee; and <br />WHEREAS, the minutes of October 16, 1990 as well as the appointment <br />list from October 17, 1990 reflect nine members and three alternates; and <br />WHEREAS, it has been the custom of that committee to allow alternates <br />to serve in the absence of a regularly appointed member. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that up to three <br />alternates may be appointed by the Board of County Commissioners to serve on <br />the Professional Services Advisory Committee in place of members unable to <br />attend any particular meeting. Service on the Professional Services Advisory <br />Committee by an alternate shall be in alphabetical rotation order by last name as <br />determined by the Executive Aide to the Board of County Commissioners. <br />The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner stan!2 i nd <br />the motion was seconded by Commissioner Tippin , and, upon being put to <br />a vote, the vote was as follows: <br />MARCH 13, 2001 <br />-21- <br />
