ORDINANCE NO. 2002- 007 <br />Section 401.01. Standard technical codes. <br />Indian River County hereby adopts and incorporates the following <br />standard technical codes as part of the Code of Indian River County, except to the <br />extent that specific additions, deletions, or amendments are set forth in this title, eF <br />the zoning ordinances provided however, should the State of Florida enact <br />standards which adopt later editions -- - - _ -e the editions set forth in <br />the Florida Statutes shall apply: <br />Florida Building Code, as modified in Chapter 1, Administration by <br />Building Officials Association of Florida Final Draft dated 10/10/01 <br />Standard Housing Code (SHC), 1991 Edition. <br />Standard Unsafe Buildings Abatement Code (SUBAC), 1985 Edition. <br />Standard Swimming Pool Code (SSPC), 1985 Edition with 1090 <br />revisions. <br />National Electrical Code, 1999 Edition. <br />Section 401.02. Repealed. <br />Compliance with the "Florida Thermal Efficiency Code," Chapter 553, <br />Honda Statutes, and all requirements promulgated under this Code, but not limited <br />a as <br />required. <br />Section 401.03. The minimum standards for mobile homes. <br />The minimum standards for mobile homes, house trailers, or modular <br />homes shall be as specified in the Florida Administrative Codes and Section <br />320.8325 Florida Statutes. <br />Section 401.04.
