South Jungle Trail <br />The following is a list of projects along south Jungle Trail (south of C.R. 510) that have recently been <br />developed or are in the process of being approved for development (from south to north): <br />• Carlton River Club <br />• Sea Island Plantation (a.k.a. "Corrigan tract") <br />• Island Club (Beazer Homes) <br />• Jungle Trail Conservation Area (public access facilities) <br />• Sea Oaks Plantation Houses <br />• Bermuda Club <br />• Seasons Community <br />North Jungle Trail <br />Following is a list of projects recently developed or proposed along Jungle Trail north of C.R. 510: <br />• Old Orchid Subdivision <br />• Windsor (continuing phases) <br />• Plantation Pointe Planned Development (formerly "East Pointe") <br />• Pelican Island National Wildlife Refuge (land acquisition, public access facilities. and <br />habitat restoration) <br />At the meeting, staff will give an overview of each of the listed projects and other Jungle Trail front <br />properties.
