63r° Avenue between 4th Street and 8th Street - Pinetree Park <br />11th Street SW between 17'h Avenue SW & 9th Court SW - Oslo Park <br />83rd Street between_ 91' Avenue to 10151 Avenue - Vero Lakes Estates <br />Total <br />1/2 mile <br />1 mile <br />1 mile <br />2.5 mile <br />Occasionally, the County has funded 100% of the cost to pave high volume subdivision <br />collector roads such as Willow Street, 15' Street west of 43rd Avenue (Stevens Park) 14th <br />following conditions are met: <br />Street SW (Oslo Park), and 32rd Avenue between 4th Street and 1S1 Street SW if the <br />1) The road is a subdivision collector serving several branching local roads in a larger <br />area. <br />2) Numerous complaints for grading are received by Public Works Department <br />3) Paving the road will serve as an incentive for other voluntary special assessment <br />petitions from property owners along the branching streets. <br />4) The paving benefits many property owners not fronting the project. <br />5) The County will save the cost of frequent grading. <br />The Alternatives presented are as follows: <br />Alternative #1 - Since no petition has been received, encourage Mr. Wiggins and concerned <br />property owners to obtain a <br />valid petition for 11th Street. SW. <br />Alternative #2 - Authonze 100% County funding to pave the 3 roads above (63rd Avenue, 11th <br />Street SW, and 83rd Street). Right-of-way acquisition along 11th Street SW will be required. <br />Funding to be from account #109 - Local Option Gas Tax. Approximately cost is $750,000.00 <br />over a 3 year period. <br />Alternative #3 - Investigate the feasibility of a special assessment project to pave all 11 miles <br />of roads in Oslo Park Subdivision.
