<br /> Mr . Frey responded that things can be done without the Master Plan if they make

<br /> sense and that he would like to make it easy for people to get rid of their trash legally . He
<br /> thought the carpet issue could be relatively easy to handle and he will consider that quickly .
<br /> He thought the transfer station issue could be resolved in a couple of weeks . He has been
<br /> having people call about having people pick up their yard waste and he has been advising the
<br /> transfer station operators to expect the arrival . He did not mind that information being
<br /> public . Bottom line is safety .
<br /> Director Hubbs was hoping to schedule the workshop in May ,
<br /> Vice Chairman Stanbridge commented that the Board always prays for common sense
