83) <br />of theproposed <br />Included <br />with <br />the <br />notice <br />shall <br />be the <br />latitude <br />and <br />longitude <br />(NAD <br />structure <br />Within <br />twenty (20) <br />days <br />of <br />receiving <br />a timely <br />response from an <br />interested <br />potential co -applicant, <br />the <br />applicant shall <br />inform <br />the <br />respondent and <br />the <br />planning division <br />in writing as to <br />whether <br />or not <br />the <br />co -location <br />is acceptable and <br />under <br />what <br />conditions <br />If <br />the <br />co -location <br />potential <br />is not <br />acceptable, then <br />the applicant must <br />provide the <br />respondent <br />and <br />the planning <br />division <br />written <br />justification as <br />to why the <br />co -location <br />is not feasible. <br />(4) For all structures requiring a special exception use, all property owners <br />within six hundred (600) feet of the property boundary where the proposed structure will <br />be constructed shall receive from county staff written notice of the application via <br />certified mail, and all property owners between 600 and 1200 feet shall be notified by <br />staff via regular U S. Mail. <br />(b) Replacement of an Existing Antenna -Supporting Structure. <br />(1) Approval criteria for replacement antenna -supporting structures <br />a. For a proposed replacement antenna -supporting structure to be <br />approved it shall meet the approval criteria d., e. g. through j. <br />and 1. as indicated in Section 5(a) (1), as;well as the following: <br />b. Setbacks. <br />1. Any new equipment enclosures shall meet the <br />minimum setback requirements for the land use district <br />where they are located; and <br />2. Replacement antenna -supporting structure foundations <br />constructed on a property or properties which is/are <br />contiguous to the RS, RM, RT or RMH zones shall not <br />be any closer to these zones than the foundation of the <br />original antenna -supporting structure being replaced. <br />1. Replacement antenna -supporting structures, antennas <br />and/or antenna arrays shall not exceed the height <br />requirements set forth in §5(a)(1)b. or 110% of the <br />height of the antenna -supporting structure it is <br />replacing, whichever is greater: <br />d. Construction. <br />Subject to the height provisions above: <br />1. Replacement antenna -supporting structures, antennas <br />and/or antenna arrays with an overall height of one - <br />hundred and seventy five (175) feet or less shall have a <br />monopole type construction. <br />2. Replacement antenna -supporting structures with an <br />overall height of greater than one -hundred and seventy <br />five (175) feet, may be of the same construction type as <br />the structure being replaced. <br />APRIL 2, 2002 <br />
