PROCLAMATION DESIGNATING MAY 5-11, 2002, AS <br />NATIONAL DRINKING WATER WEEK <br />The Chairman read the following into the record and presented it to Staff Assistant <br />Joyce Daugherty who accepted on behalf of the Utilities Department.
