The northern portion of the site is <br />currently zoned RM -6, Multiple -Family Residential District (up to 6 units/acre), while the <br />southern portion of the site is currently zoned A-1, Agricultural District (up to 1. unit/5 acres). <br />The subject property is depicted in the figure below, and is located approximately 300 feet south <br />of SR 60, on the east side of 78`h Avenue.
