Land along the subject property's west boundary is zoned <br />RS -6 (Single Family Residential, up to 6 units/acre) and includes the Greenbrier Subdivision. <br />Land along the southern boundary is zoned PDTND, Traditional Neighborhood Design Planned <br />Development, and contains the Pointe West project. To the east of the subject property, land is <br />zoned RM -6 and contains the Tamara Gardens Condo subdivision To the north of the subject <br />property Land is zoned RM -6 and contains two single-family residences, and a wooded lot. <br />Continuing north, across SR 60, land is also zoned RM -6 and contains active citrus groves. <br />Future Land Use Pattern <br />The subject property and all surrounding properties are designated M--1, Medium -Density <br />Residential -1, on the county future land use map.
