In closing, Mr. McCain expressed his client's desire for RM -8 but he did not want <br />to lose the ability to have at least RVI -6. <br />In response to a Commissioner's inquiry, Director Keating advised that he did not see <br />a problem with RM -6 and it would have no affect on the 78th Avenue project. <br />It was determined that no one else wished to be heard and the Chairman closed the <br />public hearing. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Ginn, SECONDED BY <br />Commissioner Adams, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Ordinance \o. 2002-019 amending the Zoning Ordinance and <br />the accompanying Zoning Map for 5.62 acres, located <br />approximately 612' south of 20`" Street (SR 60), and east of 78`" <br />Avenue, from A-1, Agricultural District (up to 1 unit/5 acres), <br />and RM -6, Multiple Family Residential District (up to 6 <br />units/acre) to RM -6, Multiple Family Residential District (up to <br />6 units/acre); and described in the ordinance, and providing <br />severability and effective date. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 2002-019 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE <br />ZONING ORDINANCE AND THE ACCOMPANYING ZONING MAP FOR 5 62 <br />ACRES, LOCATED APPROXIMATELY 612 FEET SOUTH OF 20TH STREET (SR 60), <br />AND EAST OF 78TH AVENUE, FROM A-1, AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT (UP TO 1 <br />UNIT/5 ACRES), TO RM -6, MULTIPLE -FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT (UP TO 6 <br />UNITS/ACRE); AND DESCRIBED HEREIN, AND PROVIDING SEVERABILITY AND <br />EFFECTIVE DATE <br />WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission, sitting as the local planning agency on <br />such matters, has held a public hearing and subsequently made a recommendation regarding this <br />rezoning request; and <br />April 23, 2002 <br />
