LICENSE FOR USE OF COUNTY RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR A <br />SIGN ALONG INDIAN RIVER BOULEVARD - BRIDGEWATER <br />INVESTMENT, LLC <br />The Board reviewed a Memorandum of March 27, 2002: <br />TO: <br />FROM: <br />SUBJECT: <br />DATE: <br />James E. Chandler, <br />County Administrator <br />James W. Davis, P.E., <br />Public Works Director <br />License Agreement for Bridgewater Investments LLC to Use <br />County Property along Indian River Boulevard <br />March 27, 2002 <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />Bridgewater Investments, LLC requests permission to erect a sign <br />within the right-of-way on Indian River Boulevard. The County <br />staff has no objection, and has prepared the attached license <br />agreement. <br />ALTERNATIVES AND ANALYSIS <br />The County property affected is right-of-way along the west side of <br />Indian River Boulevard, south of 17th Street and north of the 14th <br />Street canal. The sign will be placed over 20' ft. from the <br />roadway. <br />.The alternatives are as follows: <br />Alternative No. 1 <br />Approve the License Agreement <br />Alternative No. 2 <br />eny the Agreement. <br />RECOMMENDATIONS AND FUNDING <br />Staff- recommends Alternative If 1 whereby the License is approved. <br />ATTACHMENT <br />License Agreement <br />April 9, 2002 <br />
