Public Works Director James Davis responded to questions concerning this sign by <br />advising that while the business lees within the City of Vero Beach city limits and the City <br />will have approval under their sign ordinance, the sign will be placed on County right-of- <br />way just west of the swale. Because this area on Indian River Boulevard is particularly <br />wide, the location of the sign for a new office building will give the appearance of being on <br />private property. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Adams, SECONDED BY <br />Commissioner Tippin, the Board unanimously approved the <br />License Agreement with Bridgewater Investments, LLC to use <br />County property along Indian River Boulevard, as <br />recommended in the memorandum.
