Prior to issuance of an LDP or LDP waiver, the applicant shall : <br /> a. ) Obtain the appropriate development review approval for the driving range parking lot; <br /> and <br /> b . ) Obtain abandonment of 6' of right-of-way along the east side of Via Marbella Boulevard, <br /> as proposed on the Sunset Cove preliminary PD plan. <br /> 2 .
