This results in a rounding difference for the total.) <br />The grand total of all three projects is $212,430.00 If a project cannot be implemented due to the <br />budget cuts, then the money allocated for the project will be redistributed to other projects already <br />listed. <br />The M A C E Unit, Substance Abuse Council and PREVENT all receive their match from Indian <br />River County Board of Commission funds since they are agencies of the County. <br />Copies of the grant applications are on file in the Board of County Commissioners office and the <br />Budget Office for review. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends that the Board of County Commissioners approve the Substance Abuse Council's <br />recommendations and authonze the Board Chairman to sign the grant applications and other necessary <br />related documents for submittal to the state by the deadline of Tuesday, June 4, 2002. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Adams, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Macht, the Board <br />unanimously approved the Substance Abuse <br />Council's recommendations and authorized the <br />Chairman to sign the grant applications and other <br />necessary related documents for submittal to the <br />State by the deadline of Tuesday, June 4, 2002, as <br />recommended by staff. <br />MAY 21, 2002 <br />DOCUMENTATION IS ON FILE IN THE <br />OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />-22- <br />
