ON MOTION by Commissioner Adams, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Tippin, the Board <br />unanimously rescinded its action of April 23, 2002 <br />relative to the proposed contract with R. L Reeger <br />and authorized staff to proceed with negotiations <br />with Edlund Dritenbas, Architects, for the re -roofing <br />design and services with the understanding that staff <br />will bring back an appropriate contract for the <br />Board's approval, if successfully negotiated, as <br />recommended by staff. <br />11.C.3. Frame, General Services Director _ [mcud <br />Subject: Supervisor of Elections Office Space, Change Order # 1 <br />BACKGROUND: <br />On April 23, 2002, the Board of County Commissioners approved the lease agreement with G.E. <br />Capital Modular Space for a monthly charge of $5,894 ($70,728 annually). <br />Recently, after review of the detailed specifications, the front doors were found to be <br />unacceptable since they were solid core metal doors with a 10 -inch square window opening.
