• • <br />The Chairman opened the public hearing and asked if anyone wished to be heard in <br />this matter. <br />Bruce Barkett, representing the applicant, credited staff with a very thorough report. <br />He wanted to point out that there is no residential use on the south side of 41', east of 43' <br />The only enclave that remains is a 10 acre sliver. The property is within the airport noise <br />overlay zone. There are plans for a high-end industrial park. This makes good sense all <br />around. The property is located inside the urban services area.
