RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends that the Board, through adoption of the attached resolution, release the drainage <br />and utility easement, as more p.rticularly described in said resolution. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Adams, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Tippin, the Board <br />unanimously adopted Resolution 2002-026 releasing <br />portions of easements on Lots 1 and 2, Medical <br />Service Center Subdivision (Central Grove <br />Corporation - 1040 37th Place). <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2002 - 026 <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, RELEASING <br />PORTIONS OF EASEMENTS ON LOTS 1 AND 2, MEDICAL SERVICE CENTER <br />SUBDIVISION <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County has an interest in drainage and buffer easements on Lot <br />1 and Lot 2 of Medical Service Center Subdivision; and <br />WHEREAS, the retention of portions of the easements, as described below, serves no public <br />purpose; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida that: <br />This release of easements is executed by Indian River County, a political subdivision of the State <br />of Florida whose mailing address is 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960, Grantor, to <br />CENTRAL GROVE CORPORATION <br />3850 2011-1 STREET <br />VERO BEACH, FL 32960 <br />its successors in interest and assigns, as Grantee, as follows: <br />Indian River County does hereby release and abandon all right, title, and interest that it may <br />have in the following described portions of easements: <br />the south 20 feet of the north 30 feet of Lot 1 less the west 15 feet thereof and the south 40 <br />feet of the north 50 feet of Lot 2, Medical Service Center Subdivision, according to the plat thereof <br />recorded in Plat Book 13, Page 18A of the Public Records of Indian River County, Florida. <br />THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner Adams <br />by Commissioner Tippin , and adopted on the 7th day of <br />May 2002, by the following vote: <br />,seconded <br />MAY 7, 2002 <br />Bi <br />-56- <br />
