Heady <br />406 19'h Street <br />Vero Beach, FI 32960 <br />May 22, 2002 <br />Chairman, County Commission <br />Margaret Gunter <br />Indian River County Commission Members <br />Vero Beach Florida 32960 <br />Dear County Commission Commissioners; <br />Please place me on the citizen input public discussion portion of your agenda for <br />the second meeting in June. I intend to speak to the Indian River County Commission <br />about answers that should be questioned answers that ask more questions. I will also <br />speak briefly about the obligation to uphold oaths of office with regard to these answers. <br />If you have any questions 1 can be reached by telephone at 778-1028. <br />Sincerely <br />Brian T. Heady <br />Bnan Heady commented that he had been to Ground Zero in New York City a <br />number of times and the federal government had not done a very good job of protecting its <br />citizens. He felt that the local government is also not doing a good job of protecting the <br />rights of citizens. He mentioned that Commissioner Adams had previously asked that he <br />meet with Commissioner Ginn privately and that meeting had never occurred. He felt the <br />Board did not want to hear any opposing views. <br />Commissioner Ginn commented that Mr. Heady had never called for an appointment <br />to speak with her privately. <br />NO ACTION REQUIRED OR TAKEN. <br />JUNE 11, 2002 <br />-29- <br />
