The expensive part is the engineering and mitigation required by the <br />State. Inc., is the contractor for the improvements at the North County <br />Library. Substantial Completion was reached on May 8, 2002. Currently the contractor is <br />finishing the punch list of items needing corrections. The architect has established a value of <br />those corrections at $29,592.
