• <br />• <br />(1)The first project is Martin County Health and Human Services Tenant Based <br />Rental Assistance. IT IS INCLUDED FOR YOUR INFORMATION ONLY. THE <br />MARTIN COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS WILL BE fll!, <br />APPLICANT. <br />The Martin County Board of Commissioners has already signed off on this project. This <br />project requires no action on the part of Indian River County Board of Commissioners. <br />(2) The second project is Alcohope Inc. Tenant Based Rental Assistance. The Council <br />is asking that the Indian River County Board of Commissioners serve as the applicant. <br />This project requires no cash match. It does require a $218,100.00 "in-kind" services <br />match will which will be provided by Alcohope. It will have management oversight from <br />the Indian River County Department of Human Services <br />(3) The third project is The Partnership Project. The Council is asking that the Indian <br />River County Board of Commissioners serve as the applicant. <br />This project requires a $68,008.00 cash match which is being provided by the Indian <br />River Homeless Services Council. It will have management oversight from the Indian <br />River County Department of Human Services. <br />We respectfully request that the Board of Commissioners vote to act as applicant for <br />project two and project three and that Commissioner Stanbridge affix her signature on <br />behalf of the Board of Commissioners on the applications. <br />We are requesting that this be placed as an item on the County Commission Agenda for <br />June 11, 2002. <br />The entire application is available for review in the Commissioner's Office as of <br />Wednesday, June 5a'.' <br />I would be happy to answer any questions about this application. <br />Sincerely, <br />Executive Director <br />JUNE 11, 2002 <br />BR <br />
