<br /> Indian River County entered into a Professional Services Agreement with Brad Smith Associates ,
<br /> Inc . on May 23 , 2000 .
<br /> The scope of additional services includes preparing plans and acquiring permits for the extension
<br /> of a 6 " sanitary sewer force main from the Windsor Polo development, north to the Welcome Center
<br /> being developed by Indian River County and the United States Fish & Wildlife Service ( USFWS )
<br /> at the north end of Jungle Trail/Pelican Island Wildlife Refuge project known as the Kennedy Site .
<br /> The costs for these additional services have been reviewed by the Indian River County Department
<br /> of Utility Services .
<br /> These additional services are being presented as Amendment No . 2 to the agreement . The fees for
<br /> the above work are as follows :
