IS <br />Brian Heady observed that there were empty seats in the Chambers unlike some <br />daytime meetings he had attended. He had not heard a minority opinion this evening. He <br />commented that if political dissidents were not incarcerated, there might be more room in <br />the jails. He believed that the term "fast track" meant more money in the contractor's <br />pocket. He called attention to the Sunshine Law and asserted that the Chaiiman controls <br />who will be heard at a meeting. He suggested the School Board should have been given <br />notice to move out of the building they lease from the County so the Elections Office could <br />have moved into that building. <br />9.C.
