Inc. for Consulting Services to Prepare a Wireless <br /> Master Plan and LDR Revisions <br /> It is requested that the data herein presented be given formal consideration by the Board of Countv <br /> Commissioners at its regular meeting of June 19. 2001 . <br /> BACKGROUND : <br /> At its May 1 . 2001, meeting the Board of County Commissioners voted 5 -0 to approve the wireless <br /> master plan consultant selection committee ' s final rankings and authorize staff to begin negotiations <br /> with the number one ranked firm. CitvScape Siting and Management. Inc . Subsequently . staff <br /> prepared a draft contract and entered into negotiations with CityScape . Now . staff and Cityscape <br /> have agreed on a contract for services at a price of $48 .500 . 00 <br /> The Board is now to consider approval of the contract . <br /> ANALYSIS : <br /> The contract format is similar to other contracts recently approved by the Board of County <br /> Commissioners for consulting services .
