Bangel, County Attorney /3 <br />DATE: July 9, 2002 <br />SUBJECT: Release of Four Temporary Construction <br />Easements — 4th Street Widening & Improvement <br />Discussion: <br />In connection with the widening and improvement of 4t' Street, the County <br />obtained temporary construction easements from four of the adjacent property <br />owners. At the time the temporary easements were obtained they were to be <br />valid only until the construction work was completed. The roadway improvement <br />work has been finished, and in order for the four property owners' titles to reflect <br />that the temporary construction easements are no longer in existence we have <br />prepared the attached releases. <br />Recommendation: <br />Authorize the Chairman to execute the attached four Temporary Construction <br />Easement Releases. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Adams, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Ginn, the Board <br />unanimously authorized the Chairman to execute the <br />4 Temporary Construction Easement Releases, as <br />recommended by staff. <br />RELEASES WILL BE RECORDED IN THE OFFICIAL <br />RECORDS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />-14- <br />o <br />t; <br />
