ON MOTION by Commissioner Adams, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Ginn, the Board <br />unanimously adopted Resolution 2002 046 releasing <br />a portion of an easement on Lot 9, Block A, The <br />Grove Subdivision (Dennis and Scarlet Brigman - <br />4420 11th Place SW). <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2002 - 046 <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, RELEASING <br />A PORTION OF AN EASEMENT ON LOT 9, BLOCK A, THE GROVE <br />SUBDIVISION <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County has an interest in a drainage and utility easement on Lot <br />9, Block A of The Grove Subdivision; and <br />WHEREAS, the retention of a portion of the easement, as described below, serves no public <br />purpose; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida that: <br />This partial release of easement is executed by Indian River County, a political subdivision of <br />the State of Florida, whose mailing address is 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960, <br />Grantor, to <br />DENNIS J. BRIGMAN & SCARLET L BRIGMAN <br />4420 11TH PLACE SW <br />VERO BEACH, FL 32968 <br />their successors in interest, heirs and assigns, as Grantee, as follows: <br />Indian River County does hereby release and abandon all right, title, and interest that it may <br />have in the following described easement portion: <br />the west three feet of the east ten foot wide side yard drainage and utility easement of Lot <br />9, Block A, The Grove Subdivision, LESS AND EXCEPT the north fifty feet and the south ten feet <br />thereof according to the plat recorded in Plat Book 13, Page 77 of the Public Records of Indian <br />River County, Florida. <br />JULY 16, 2002 <br />-16- <br />
