RECOMMENDATION: <br />In light of the needed reasons identified for these changes, Change Orders # 9, 10 & 11 have <br />been reviewed and recommended by the supervising architect, and staff recommends approval of <br />Change Orders # 9, 10 & 11. <br />Commissioner Ginn questioned whether the electrical service for the HVAC system <br />was missed by the contractor, and General Services Director Tom Frame responded that it <br />should have been included. <br />Commissioner Ginn then questioned whether the errors and omissions insurance <br />coverage might help with this, and Commissioner Adams did not want to hold up <br />completion of the project. <br />Commissioner Ginn then directed staff to attempt to collect on that coverage after - <br />the -fact. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Tippin, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Adams, the Board <br />unanimously approved Change Orders 9, 10 and 11, <br />as recommended by staff <br />11.C.2.
